About our President...Carroll Harper
Carroll Harper has served as an instructor for various LTC Insurance Courses and Seminars. He has authored and co-authored several LTC Elder Law Textbooks. His LTC articles have appeared in such industry publications as Maine Lawyers Review, LTC News & Comments, and Life & Health Advisor.
He has serviced millions of dollars in LTC Claim Benefits. He has addressed his concerns about LTC regulations in Washington D.C. and testified before the Maine Banking and Insurance Committee as a consumer advocate. He is a member and past President of the Maine Association of Health Underwriters and a member and past Director of the Eastern Maine Association of Life Underwriters.
